Whether they’re making music with family and friends or playing along at a cozy jam session, Lindsey and Tucker love drawing on traditional tunes and folk music. They like to mix and match new instruments, but most of their tunes include some combination of mandolin, guitar, whistle and accordion. They’re excited to share some of their new music with everyone at the home folk concert!
Maika Sofiya

Maika Sofiya is a twenty-one-year-old singer-songwriter, bassist, and guitarist. Maika’s raw and honest lyrics and intricate guitar parts are inspired by Joni Mitchell, Lucinda Williams, Allison Russell, Blake Mills, and Madison Cunningham. She regularly performs in the Boston and NYC areas at venues such as The Club Passim, Lucinda Williams’ Lucinda’s, and The Jalopy Tavern. Her debut album Insistence will be released in 2026!
Cooper Smithson is a multi-instrumentalist folk singer based in the Boston area, originally from the Columbia suburb of Lexington, South Carolina. Since relocating to Boston, his folk roots have come to the forefront. He has refined his songwriting to cultivate a sound that echoes the folk revival of the 1960s, paired with lyrics that reveal a deeply introspective mindset.
